Terms of Service

Welcome to Hardy Boys. These Terms of Service apply when you visit hardyboysworldwide.com or place an order through our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Products and orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product availability, prices, and promotions may change. Your order details, including the items, shipping destination, and total payable amount, are presented at checkout for your review before you submit the order. We may contact you if we cannot fulfill an order as placed.

Payment

Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and delivery information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally, with most orders sent from Vietnam. Available destinations, shipping charges, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs checks and import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy states that sales are final and that we do not accept returns or offer refunds after purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Use of the site

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Hardy Boys or others. The content, branding, and product imagery on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use the site or purchase from us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the site. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
